Regressor is an outright in your face "get rich and take revenge" adult game that does what it sets out to do well. The plot is nothing to shout about, but this is more than compensated by unique character designs and frequent high quality sex scenes.
Story
MC is a down and out guy who was robbed of his inheritance by his stepmum resulting in him being bullied at home and at work. He then gets time reversal powers from a demon and uses it to get rich through investment clairvoyance and take revenge on the girls who looked down on him in the past.
The "rich" and "revenge" stories are barebones comical i.e. either walking straight up to a stranger and offer money for sex or get a girl who looked down on him into money trouble then offer money for sex.
That's pretty much all there is to it, very typical porn story with minimal setup.
Game Mechanic
A small sandbox map with a few locations over different time slots - it's minimal but well-implemented as there are more than enough tightly packed events to frequently move the story forward smoothly. Definitely beats senseless clicking over large maps forever just to trigger something.
The money making "game" is straight forward as well, use your abilities directly to grind small amounts of money first, then invest the money in cryptos followed by backroll / save-loads to sell them at higher price. Fancy on the first try but pointless afterwards, I recommend users to just mod their way out.
Background / Character Renders
The background is mostly simple renders made or taken from existing Honey Select assets, but the character renders are pretty unique and different from other games. The LIs are designed in Korean manhwa style instead of the usual Jap Anime we are used to from HS2.
The game banner offers a snapshot of the character designs: long face, sharp nose and chin, very white complexion, super slim, long and wavy hairstyles. This might take a while to get used to, but does offer a taste of something different from the usual HS2 or Daz3D models.
Character Development
No real character development per se - MC gets his way with girls using money and the LIs are typical sluts who will do anything for money. However Regressor does fulfil this particular kink / fantasy well so no complaints here.
Sex Scenes
What this games lacks in story narration or character development, it makes up with excellent sex scenes. The developer has a knack for setting camera angles and animations that captures facial expressions, genitals and full body motions well.
The first few scenes were a little too low in resolution resulting in jagging at the edges, but this was subsequently improved later on. Some of the sex talk and inner thoughts while cringey, when combined with fitting BGMs and moaning sound effects, make for good porn.
