RPGM - Regret Island [v0.2.40.0] [InfiniteLust Studios]

There's a decent amount of pretty good fetish content, though there's plenty of room for more. I like the characters, and the gameplay shows promise even if it isn't quite there yet.

I'm rating it 5/5 stars based on the promise it shows - but it needs to have a good momentum of adding content using existing mechanics and not trying to add any new gameplay elements or characters. There's a good framework here; but it must be fleshed out for there to be more than a promising demo.

Game started out great.. a bit of horror and corruption game. Now it turned into some damn awful management game which is not even in the genre tag.

1. plant crops > water crops > collect crops and put in box
2. visit animals
3. picx axe on iron stones (most stones are not mineable)
4. hammer on stones (most stones are not crushable)
5. chop up logs on ground (most logs are not choppable)
6. tool breaks than spend them resources to remake tools
7. At night do lewd acts train them but wait a fucking minute that makes them go insane.. can't reach that 10 insane points.

This game does not know what the hell it wants to be.

interesting storyline, great art and gameplay mechanics. Iøm very interested in where the plot will go and in how many kombinations you will be able to beat the game. I hope no character will be locked of from any available scenario and trule give the player free roaming abillities and choices

I genuinely have no clue what to do after Adam and Evelyn leave the island. The game just feels like an endless loop if fighting rats and fishing with no character objectives. The FISHING MINI GAME is the most terrible thing I have ever played for an adult game. I got the upgraded "Fishing Rod" and it really doesn't make it any easier. Please put more focus on the porn and make the Mini Games/RPG combat simple and easy. The adult scenes are actually really good. The scenes and dialogue with Leroy are peak.

Mediocrity is basically the definition of this game. The art is just okay not great. The story is bad not even mediocre. The scenes needed sound. There was no reason to care about any character. Even just looking at the screenshots you can tell they are just trying to check kink boxes.

It started out great, there was pleasant tension building between characters, then the moment the old guy with dog was visited by the main character the game suddenly started falling short real quick. Any buildup towards characters and relations sudden just went straight to sex. Like the main character went from having restraint, to being a straight up hoe bag. For me it ruined the story, and experience. If that's your cup of tea, extreme 180's in character direction, then you'll like this. But for continuity sake, it's like the writer was wanting to build a decent story, and then got too horny, dove deep, and then just stayed deep and disturbed the rest of the way.

The art is pretty decent. I liked it. The rest had an early unpolished/development feel to it.

If the dev goes back and rewrites this, I'll likely give it another go. But I just couldn't get back into the story after the sudden turning point in character building direction mentioned about.

Very promising start.

Engaging writing that manages not to be overly wordy and leaves me interested in seeing more

Fun scenes, and a decent bit of rewarding the player for exploring.

Definitely a game I'll come back to in a while to see what's new

The game is very good, it has multiple choices, and nice graphics, I'm loving the Feral / Beast and Incest content that is being implemented into the game.

I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of the story, and also seeing what else will be added to the game.

The game is decent at the start, but currently doesn't have much after the intro ends and freeplay starts. After freeplay starts there isn't anything to do that isn't unlocked from the start of freeplay.

Also, you need to use the page up and down keys to select tools and then the confirm button to use them, the game doesn't switch tools automatically and you can't use them through the inventory.

Great game with an interesting enough story and kinda has the vibe of Blue Axolotl's golden days, just wish there were more frequent content updates! Lot's of potential with this one, in the mass of general slog we've all gotten accustomed to in the space of adult games nowadays.

Alright, look, this thing's kinda busted right now, honestly. Found myself literally walking on top of walls down in some basement maze, not like, in the paths. Talk about taking you outta the moment, right? Real janky stuff goin' on there.
And good luck tryin' to actually play the farm sim part. I went through the trouble of makin' the tools, got my axe and hammer ready in the bag, but click on a rock or tree? Nah, game just tells ya you need the tool you're already holdin'. Makes zero sense, can't gather squat.
Then, once you're past the intro bit, it just dumps ya. No clue what to do next, no quests, no pointers. Just wanderin' 'round like a lost puppy watchin' the food run out, 'cause, y'know, can't farm or fish or whatever 'cause that stuff's broken too. Total dead end.
Even the spicy scenes, man... they're just kinda stiff? Like clickin' through a slideshow. No real animation or flow, just static pics. Makes it all feel pretty cheap and dull, not gonna lie. Kinda kills the mood, y'know?
Plus, the whole story setup feels super familiar, like that "ooh spooky magic makes everyone horny" trope they always pull out. Seen it a million times, doesn't feel fresh at all. Makes you wonder where it's even goin'.
Honestly, feels like somethin' that needed way more time cookin'. It's got potential maybe, buried deep down, but right now it's just a buggy, unfinished mess with not much to actually do. Hard pass for me until they fix this stuff up, big time.

Excellent art interesting story haven't gone too far but can't recommend it enough will closely watch for future updates but seriously amazing work really hot art and story, nothing much to add but good job Dev and you got a fan

I'm not much into fem protag but the game is really good

This has some really great potential! Art is awesome and the planned content is awesome-er. Gameplay looks like it will be a little bit grindy but...not a huge deal. Cant wait to see how this develops. The creator's other game is really good too with similar art. Praying to sweet baby Jesus they both get fully realized.

The game features stunning graphics and beautiful character illustrations, offering several routes to cater to different tastes. However, the current interactive content for players is noticeably lacking, and there are many bugs present. I eagerly anticipate the upcoming updates, as I believe they will greatly enrich the game content and provide more entertainment opportunities.

This game is surprisingly well-made, has a pretty original and good-looking artstyle, an entertaining and immersve story, good character design, and simple yet fun mechanics.

There's also a wide variety of optional fetishes for everyone's tastes, so it got that angle covered too. Probably one of the most complete and competently developed games I've seen on this site, you can tell the dev is skilled at their craft.

Started out pretty nice, story is somewhat decent even though plot isent anything new, not sure how much choice you got in this one since one girl is forced on you, but other times you can avoid sex stuff so yeah not really sure how this will turn out, if it will become mindless fuckfest or choice driven.
The hole unknown power shit that make everyone lust for everyone has been to overused already and at most time it only result is a mindless fuckfest, if this is yet another one of that kind i cant say yet.

As for content there isent much at the moment, almost all night scenes with the LIs are work in progress and as for the main story where MC is taking over the house and need to farm and shit would be ok if it worked, i crafted all the tools but couldent use them, clicking on stone or trees or whatever just tells you that you need an axe or hammer, which i have in the inventory so why it wont fucking use it i dunno maybe another WIP issue, tried selecting them in the inventory but the "use hammer" or any other item is greyed out so cant be clicked.....

Also when you get to that part where the real sandbox starts theres 0 quests and nothing that tells you what your supposed to do, walking around got me a message saying i need to wait a few days for Adam to come back or not, but considering theres only food for 3 days and i cant do fuck all, i just said forget this shit.

Theres also bugs like in basement maze thing some walls arent walls so you might end up running on top of the wall instend of in the paths....

Game isent animated and the sex scenes are poor at best, no picture to picture or anything which makes it all so boring.

I dont really see the NTR in this one, i mean MC is not with anyone and seeing mother fuck her brother dosent mean a thing, maybe the NTR is all about MC stealing girls away from the dudes or taking the dudes for her self i dunno but seems a bit meh on the NTR aspect.

Game could have some potential depending on which route it takes, if its choice driven it might be worth it, but if it does like i would expect where your forced to do shit with people you dont want then it wont be worth coming back to....

Right now i cant give this more then 2 stars for whats there, maybe in a few updates ill revisit and retry this one, but needs alot more content first.

A very good story and ideas along with great art. I hope it keeps going like this because it has a lot of potential.

The genres and non-linear story makes it a very good game which brings a lot of freedom that we don't usually see

At first glance this game seemed perfect to me. NTR combined with incest, beautiful girls and nice original artwork. The setting: a 'deserted' island where your family and friends are slowly corrupted into all kinds of lewd acts, all taking place in a mysterious world full of dirty secrets that you can freely explore in this RPGM adventure.

In reality however this potential jewel of a game is completely ruined by horrific dialogue and story-writing. Directly from the start you notice that characters talk to each other like they're in a porn movie, very (not) casually mentioning how they are related to other characters, and recalling seemingly random past events as a form of 'character development'. On top of that everybody has schizophrenic personalities, constantly switching back and forth between shy and bold during a single conversation.

Corruption in this game is non-existent. The story feels like it was written by a horny teenager who, after 3 hours of writing, thought: "Well fuck it, this is too much work. I'll just invent a mysterious power that makes everyone uncontrollably horny.... Ta-daa!" And so, after only one day on the island, everyone just starts fucking with anyone (and anything). The female MC falls madly in love with the ugly old pervert who she absolutely hated 2 minutes earlier, mom and son start fucking at random, and the shy Christian girl suddenly becomes a slut in front of her brother. Sure, why not? "Goodbye" suspense and mystery. "Hello" generic fuck fest.

Honestly, play the prologue to get to know the characters and then watch the rest in the scene gallery. The artwork deserves to be seen, but you miss absolutely nothing by skipping the rest of the gameplay.

Lots of fun guessing which options will reap the most rewards, one issue is that the saves are not transferable, and though the Dev kindly adds a full save each time a new version comes out - it means we skip all the new game play, or are forced to start the entire game from scratch, which is more than a little annoying, if we can transfer old saves or include the previous full save that would be amazing!

Great game, as with most RPGM the maps are a lot bigger than they need to be which requires a lot of "running".
