Ren'Py - Abandoned - Rejected No More [v0.2.2] [RoyalCandy]

Marvellous game so far, doing No More Secrets justice. Beautiful characters, beautiful interface, very engaging dialogue (rarely repeating). Very interesting ideas, in generla. I am sure anyone who liked No More Secrets will like this game, as well. Just, please, don't give up on it, RoyalCandy!

In the actual state of the game, i only have Christine questline available, and let me make this clear:

NOT EVEN A HANDJOB, barely one kiss. You get to see people naked in "dreams" and spying shower time, this is a thing this dev do and you give massages, also a thing going on with this dev, but with one character the max you get is a kiss kind of causual one time thing (like other game from this dev), and with the other you get to massage her, and masturbate in the distance.

Once again, this MC is unable to control his dick (you guessed it! this happens also in other game from this same dev) and he runs every time he gets a boner which is a nice way to cut the events, and the next day repeat them wiht a slight variation, without nothing of substance actually going on.

Good renders, pleasant to look at, but literally nothing is going on, this is close to NO SEXUAL CONTENT.

I wouldnt chose this game, it looked knd of big, cause its heavy and it even has a Q&A, but its actually really short. This is basically the same game as others but without the content. I would give this a 0 stars cause it is s waste of time, and seeing that other games suffer from the same issue, i would see this as a pattern, and not follow this game.

Story just started.
Animations at the start blew my mind they were so good (●♡∀♡).
Characters are nice especially Brianna she is just the cutest.
Feature of choosing sandbox mode or vn mode and minigames is great.
Interface and ui is unique and pretty.
Looking forward to how the story progresses.

Feedback for version 0.2.2

The game looks good so far so I am eager to see how it will go.

The first change compared to previous game is the game interface and I have to admit that this one looks very smooth and aesthetic. Achievements, tasks, skills are all presented and well organised.

Story wise the game is placed in the same city as the previous game and the discussions are light, probably to be kept like this. We have the same trop of man of house surrounded by pretty ladies that by the end of the day will crave for MC dick. I do not really complain, but for sure I will skip some conversations.
Something I liked about the story is that is connected to previous game, which give it a bit of dept.


The rendering are different compared to previous game but are hot so it is worth fapping to the ladies.


Keep going like that developer and I am sure you will have another great game

I played No More Secrets, and I tried this one now, and I confess that I was a little disappointed.

The game has much better graphics than in No More Secrets, the story seems to be a good thing (despite not saying much until now V2.2), and knowing the previous game I believe it has the potential to be something very good.

But I was disappointing how he has been desolate until now, the game practically until now is you masturbating all day, protecting the girls, watching them taking a shower and when that's not it, having erections and hiding from the girls. Failing to emerge in history because of this. It looks more like a game Voyer wants anything. Thankfully, the DEV discarded the NTR as well.

So at this moment I can only evaluate it with 3 stars, taking into account the rederizations, the proposed history (although it is not in focus so far) and having a high expectation in relation to the DEV.

But as I read (and I really hope it happens) that DEV is thinking about reworking, I am hoping that he will read some of the criticisms over this excess of mastubation and voyeur scenes, which is frustrating. I don't mind a slow burn (it can be good, not every update has to have sex scenes). So what I wish to DEV is a good job, I continued to listen to his fans (thank God he withdrew the NTR ... hahaha) and a lot of success in his endeavor.

Not much to say about this besides "what were you thinking???".

This is the usual sandbox fare, "landlady" and a couple of "roomates". Start as peeping tom loser brat, grind stats, get sex scenes. If you 've played even one of those, you know everything about this game already so I don't need to elaborate more.Probably the most tired type on this site after an an older, kinda successful game spawned a shitload of clones. And I would have expected it, if this was made by yet another newly founded Patreon looking to bank on the obsessive thirst for this fetish, with an obviously scammy project (engrish and all).

But this is an already established dev with a successful game under their belt. And they seem to have decided to create a second game that is exactly the opposite from everything people liked about their first. (gameplay mechanics, character tropes, MC).

I can't pretend to know what went down internally to cause such a development shift. It could have been creative burnout and need to try something new. Or misguided greed. Or a myopic perspective that focused on the sandbox pros from the dev side, while ignoring its cons on the player side. Or a combo of everything or even something else entirely.

That's not to say the game can't find an audience as it is. There are some games in the same cliched genre that have done so. But the issue is that in order to do so, it will probably have to look away from the established base of the previous game. So it certainly won't be easy.

P.S : I didn't even mention the VN mode because the game doesn't play like an actual choice based VN even with that. It was obviously an afterthought to try and appease the players who didn't like the new direction. It's like that feeling you get when watching a very badly cut movie. Butchered and disjointed. I wouldn't recommend anyone other than fans of the free-roam stat grinder playstyle to try this. And one more star for the well made renders.

So far, this is overly wordy, character art is a step backwards from No More Secrets, and there's very little H content for a LOT of text.

I understand if the developer wanted to move on from NMS, but that game had a more interesting premise with different routes to expand. This really suffers so far from being just kind of boring with a very, very cliche porn concept.

I would like to see some characters who don't look 40+, and some more girls that hopefully I'll find one enticing.

I will add a bit of light to all the reviews by saying that this game is actually good playing it in vn, no grind and still an enjoyable experience considering it was designed as a sandbox but the dev did go the extra mile to please us Vn lovers and work on a good enough system to have all the content of the gameplay as a normal visual novel (yeah there is a bit of repeating scenes but you have to take into mind that is what sandbox games do and is still well done in the story mode).
Said that, the strong point of the game is the amazing girls (renders)and that it will have a lot of girls to choose from.
The writing is good and it will have animations, something that will improve this game compared to his last one.
After adding a VN mode and the removal of certain content for me is worth playing and recommended.

Disappointment would be the better word for this new work by Royal, everything, except the renders, is clearly a downgrade from NMS.

"Sandbox" is the same old grindy mess you find in other works, and "VN-mode" feels like a disjointed afterthought, with no choices and sudden jumps everywhere, it's like you're warping all over the place.

But the real piece of work here is the MC, I guess he's "rejected no more" because he runs away whenever he has a boner? Can't be rejected if you run away before anything happens I suppose? Felt literal next to no tension or build-up whatsoever, what's the point when he runs to the shower to fap to whenever his little soldier rises to the occasion.

Eeeh... This game's a mixed bag.. Some nice looking characters but.. It kinda feels like that Groundhog Day movie... Apply sun screen, spy, jerk off, be a creep, then talk to friends/family members. Rinse and repeat.. Rinse and repeat... Rinse and repeat....

Surprised the women haven't beaten the shit out of that little creeper.

Game is just boring. Sunbathing and peeping scenes are repetitive, almost like whole game. I hope we wont be going in this direction. As for now our main hero is a typical visual novel protagonist and girls have bland personalities. I did expect something at least as good as NMS and i got disappointed pretty hard after playin this, well maybe i shouldnt compare it to his previous work cus it set my expectations too high. I hope another updates are going to be better, because this game definitely has potential.

After No More Secrets, i expected something better but this one seems several steps back. This game doesnt bring anything new to the table, everything is clicheic and poorly introduced, we've seen it 1000 times before in other games. Events are boring and dumb and some feel forced just to get a certain conclusion.

This is a very promising start. Sandbox mechanism is good and comfortable in the game. Renders and girls are beautiful. Animations are very good and not just the lewd ones. I'm looking forward the new updates in the future.
