how i love it that mods here constantly reject justified reports e.g. for non-existent tags in games, simply without justification just ridiculous and then they complain about people fighting or trash talking in game threads and the amount of reports bc of that, very smart!

Maybe if you stopped giving wrong reports they wouldn't get rejected?

A quick look at the game shows that it has meaningful enough choices to require a walkthrough.
And what does F95Zone says about Kinetic Novel tag?

See that there are (many) choices with a clear effect, then read the definition of Kinetic Novel here:

which shows that there's a pretty good reason for said report to be rejected.
Multiple people saying the same thing doesn't make it any less wrong.

all these "options" have been completely negated by the latest updates. there are NO decisions in the game that change anything at all. even girls that you could avoid earlier are now part of mc's harem and behave as if they were always be in a relationship with the mc

So the changelog is fake? Because the latest changelog entry says:

: I added a choice to avoid the Jessica/Nicole confrontation

And by tag definition which I linked above, simply having a choice is enough for a game not to be marked as "Kinetic Novel".

Keep in mind that even if "Kinetic Novel" means something completely different outside of F95Zone, in F95Zone it only counts the definition given by the website, which is simply having a choice in the whole game, only a game with no choices at all can be marked as Kinetic Novel.

well if that is already enough to avoid that tag, i'm not surprised that a lot of people get angry bc of that. for me it's pretty missleading and to be honest it's also pretty shitty that i as a player felt into such a trap bc of that, i exclude games with this tag from the search list not without a reason.

well, yes, but it is one of them things whatever one does one gets hate.

either you establish the f95zone way - 100% im/purity: the smallest happening of something awards the tag, resp. only the absolute absence of sth. awards a tag.

or you do the other way, "significant" awards tags. Then you step into the arbitrary and endless discussions if this game is "sufficiently kinetic" or not, if that NTR is insignificant or not and ...

the solution f95 went for is WAY easier to manage.

Nobody said it is perfect.
It's just a matter of getting used to the way things (tags) are, then one can use them to advantage (avoid or find or ...).
