Ngl, I am getting more and more tired of those extremes everywhere.

Mostly it shows in context of MC.
You're either the biggest looser of loosers, absolute failure that get's isekai'd and becomes the chad, or you're just from the beginning the TOP G GOAT FUCKING HALF THE THING THAT MOVE AND ONE-SHOTTING THE OTHER HALF.

Recommend me some more chill ones, maybe with actuall character evolution, or whatever.
Bonus points for gentle femdom of course.

I think with rpg-ish, it actually makes sense to start at somewhat beginner level.

but anyways, the words "some more chill ones" reminded me of
Nursery Slime [Final] [Doubles Core] (rpgm, you DO start as a "looser", but overall is somewhat unusual in conception, and actually quite nice - it does soon not matter no more that you were some looser sometime, for me it got too enjoyable to be bothered by such anymore)
