does using the assets in released assets section is okay to use? I mean they posted it so I can use it in my game am I right?

This site flies the black flag, it's up to you if you consider that safe, personally i have no problem treating them as a "try before you buy" but if you intend to make money with a game and not pay for the assets, well you'd better be ironclad in terms of anonymity, just saying not that i've heard of a single Dev getting called out on it, but at the same time you'd be an idiot to advertise the fact you were using pirated assets.
It's your choice and your neck on the block if it goes south, no matter how unlikely that is.
