Hi! Looking for a game where you were an escaped monster/succubus, and took shelter under a city. You would go out at night in different districts to find victims. You customized your base and unlocked clothing and body upgrades. You had to see what type of person you were seducing and apply different spells/items on they to get them satified. You base could get attacked by other underworld clans and you used the people you seduced as guard, slaves or breeders. You would generate mana to upgrade them, and some had traits better suited to some roles in your dean.
