This is a renpy game i think it starts off with a male protagonist who is in bed with his ex girlfriend who is blonde, and you get a option to impregnate her or not. Afterwards time passed and he's living elsewhere and his ex girlfriend comes visit him and she's changed dramatically in looks and of course she either shows up or pregnant or not. he's tempted to sleep with her and he gets another option to spend his life with her or seek the other girls he's been talking to instead. I know its not much to go on.
