I think there is an implied rape scene at the start and possibly the first boss is getting a BJ when you encounter him, I haven't seen the rest of the game, but I'll add "No sexual content" to the genres for now unless anyone confirms that there is an actual sex scene in the game, I don't know how to change the tags
