I played the game in an unfinished state, and for all I know its been long since abandoned, I dont know. But I do know it was a renpy game, and the main character is his apparently heavy set sister are forced to take a summer job with some rich family. The family abuses the hell out of the MC and his sister. At one point, the daughter decides shes going to keep the sister in a cage in her room. I don't remember much more than that. I mostly remember the youngest daughter not allowing the sister to eat much and treating her like an animal.
