PROBLEM EXPLANATION
I was that problem a half hours ago. When program tried to open .exe file, nothing happening. No error message, nothing... By the way some games has "sdl2.dll is missing" errors too. I was googled it and I couldn't find the solution on this problem. After a few tries later; I found the solution. The source of the problem is "which DISK PARTITION is your game storing".
PROBLEM SOLVE
Just you should move the game directory to main disk partition. Generally it's "C:/". If you don't know how to do this; just move the game folder to desktop and it's done!
