I wanted to ask why games with new renpy version have two game files in the game folder with one of them has 32 written at the end of it?

that one is 32bit, the other is 64bit. older versions of renpy were 32bit only.

32 bit is mainly for people still on the old Operating Systems like xp or vista and some Window 7's. If you are on Windows 8 or higher than just use the non 32 bit application.

What is the difference between 64 and 32?

memory handling mainly. 32bit can only access 4gb of ram. 64bit can go much higher.

shouldn't be really, there could be a noticable performance difference in terms of speed with particularly high quality renders and more than 4gb of ram.
