I forget the name, but it has the madmax vibe. At first I thought it was desert stalker but after see the images, it seems I was wrong.
Male protagonist, settings in the desert, mad max/post apocalypse vibe, one of the arc was we want to help two sisters(their eyes kinda poisoned by some chemical?) to eliminate a fortress(a place barricaded by metals) by infiltrate it and talk to the residents and help them with their problems and make sure to have supporters from inside when we attack.
