Early game perhaps, and there are quests/etc that give unique recipes.
But generally, no. Everything you truly want is in the raids.

But, there are extras you can buy at other slave markets. Not many though, sadly.

can you make money from the brothel? and if so if i put all 4 in brothel do i make more money? or do i get more moral from more females in brothel?
