Oh, that's really disappointing your going down the same path as so many others have. You had no feminization tag so I had no idea that's where you were going. Will there be an option to avoid the transformation/feminization of the MC route? We have seen that route too many times and would put me off, as I have no interest in it. Is there any chance we could see see a mix of trans and female models in the house and for the MC to enjoy both with the option to dominant or submissive to them? If you had this option it would increase complexity but it would increase the audience and would make it much more unique and interesting VN.First of all, some small things may change in the future, but I will answer according to my current plans.
I haven't decided exactly when the MC's journey of feminization will begin, but it certainly won't be too early in the game. And the feminization of others will happen with the clients you choose (your clients are smaller creators trying to break into the industry). You will guide them on Kimberlee's name. So, before the MC's journey of feminization, you may have the possibility to transform a client of yours. But once you enter this transformation, you will no longer be a cameraman/guide taking clients, but an independent figure like the main NPCs and making a name for yourself. Most likely, it will be the most independent and sassy path. And since there will be so many branches in the game, it would not be realistic to say that the MC will undergo this transformation and still have an additional path focused on transforming others. It intrigues me to see that after completing her own journey, she has become a figure who leads others along the same path. However, it is not yet among my priorities. Most likely, each path will have a few main points, and these will progress in depth.
In the top/bottom situation, no, MC will not be stuck in one role. However, in either case, MC will not have both options. First, in order to be bottom, MC must progress a little in the story and dare to discover himself. (But not for too long. The foundation for this is already being laid in the next patch, v0.1.)
The biggest determining factors in whether you are top or bottom here are:
1- Which NPC is this scene happening with?
2- How big is the MC's penis?
v0.1 has already been released in early access, so I can give a direct example from there. You visit Izzy, a former member of the house, and after a series of events, she offers to shoot a video with you. The main character is first given the option to refuse. If you accept, Izzy shyly asks about the size of your penis, and if it is small, she apologetically withdraws her offer and offers to introduce you to some of her friends. But if you chose average or big, the scene happens.(Penis size selection also takes place in the next patch.)
So the development of scenes will vary depending on the preferences of NPCs and your decisions. If we're going to summarize, if you choose a big penis you'll get a top-heavy gameplay, if you choose a small penis you'll get a bottom-heavy gameplay, and if you choose average you'll get more of a balanced gameplay. The path where the MC is most stuck in a role may be the sissy path. There, you will gradually evolve into a more submissive role, and after a while, you will start to stop using your penis for anything other than peeing.

This path will also be the path with the widest range of romantic options. But my current plans do not include adding any female models. In the current set-up, there will be another house like the current house and it will be one of the agencies that Kimberlee competes with. There too, 4 main NPCs will be introduced and almost the entire story and drama will unfold between these two houses and their NPCs.(One of these NPCs has been introduced in v0.1.) But at the beginning of the project, I was planning a third house with only women models. However, as I progressed, I decided that adding a third house and 3-4 more main NPCs was not very realistic in terms of workload, so I cut that part. Its only moving to another page though but it makes the reader feel progress is being made especially if its accompanied by a new image. Also, thank you for your review! I know that a word-heavy approach can turn off some people in HTML games, but I think I prefer a narrative with more descriptions both when I write and when I play. Still, reading a 12px, white text wall felt too bookish, so I went for a larger font and a more colorful approach. I hope it's not such a deal breaker that you'll give up the game altogether. What I will pay attention the most is to reduce the scroll down as much as possible. When I'm editing scenes, sometimes I don't want to interrupt the flow, so some pages can be too lengthy. In some parts this may be inevitable, but I will definitely pay attention more.
I think multiple houses competing is a good idea but a female house would have offered a real contrast. Hopefully you revisit it at a later date if you need new storylines. The best games are generally the one with lots of choices where the reader can make their own path, although its hard on the dev to provide this complexity it gives the widest possible audience. At the moment the audience seems like it could be quite narrow, so it may be a struggle to be successful. A trans, female and a male houses competing as the background story might offer the biggest contrast with the widest audience and the reader can close the path(s) they don't want. First and foremost, the theme Bailey is built upon is instability. She is very self-centered and has been through a lot in the past because of this. Even though she tries to tame this, she loses herself in the heat of the moment and can't keep her selfish thoughts in check (she even sees MC's visit to Izzy as a betrayal).Ah, so that's what the game looks like with a bit more fleshing out. (Just played 0.1). I dig it. This rendition of Bailey seems a bit unhinged, and I find it's odd that the MC can't just say straight out that he helped out Kim's friend and things got out of hand. (She's being straightforward, so why shouldn't you?) But I'm guessing this serves the narrative better.
There's a question that I've been meaning to ask: You mentioned splitting the routes to where the 'smaller' mc is far more likely to deal with the typical sissy genre story elements. Does that mean that the 'middle' route will have more of teamwork makes the dream work style of feminization as Kim and/or others takes you under her wing?
Mostly curious if I can avoid the usual cock cage degrading tropes, haha. Nothing wrong with that for those that love it, but it'd be refreshing to see a feminization alternative. If the super hot best friend is a bit hands on molding your flesh as you join her on her path, well, so much the better, haha.
I assume we'll be seeing a 'face' to the MC if we go the middle or smaller route. Very curious what you go with (and how big her chest can be. Kimber is kind of cheating in terms of the size department, haha)
