I am working on a TL for Anekouji Naoko to Gin'iro no Shinigami.
Extracting the scripts and translating them was no problem (using GARbro), but repacking the script.dat seems to be rather tricky. It is definitely possible since there is already an inofficial MTL of the game out there, so there's at least that.
GARbro itself doesn't support repacking of that specific type and all other Tools I've found only support other games from Minato Carnival or other (seemingly kinda compatible) Non-Color Games. For example, I did find the
