In an unusual twist, your biological mom is dead and you live with dad and an actual literal step mother. So there is no actual incest.
You can rename your "caretaker" to whatever you want (ex: "mother"), but it won't change the plot.
That being that your mom died and dad remarried with your current stepmother.
