Seeking Replayability

Any games with lots of replayability like dungeon lord and breeder's haven? I like games with a male PC and a simple gameplay loop, but i'm open to trying other types.

Jack-o-Nine Tails and Strive for Power for me... however, both are kinda text based. I personally dont mind it.

The options previously mentioned (Incubuscity , Strive4Power, College Daze, and Wife Trainer) are all fantastically replayable.
Free Cities is obviously also in the mix here. So good.
