Seeking Request: Any game with visually progressively more ruined holes?

I aim at any game where you can visually see the heroines holes progressively more ruined or even prolapsed but ALSO this to be displayed in action
I plaid some very simple 2d game where it was some heroine battling a forest or something and her holes were shown in separate screens how they progress.,
There was only 6 levels however and also the main character running was completely unchanged.
I hope you catch my drift.

I see there is only this one recommendation which is pretty much the same as all other games albeit improved with a better image. I was thinking more of a all the time thing where the heroine performs acts like that.
Still thank you for the recommendation. I will give it a try since it does seem to not require cheats to complete.
