I bought the game and uploaded it. Originally, I got the game from ryuugames but after someone warned me about the anime-sharing thread, I read through it to make sure I wasn't infected then out of caution bought the game myself and applied the patch myself, so the version here (and now in the game thread) is directly from dlsite from me.

The patch isn't really working for me. I've downloaded htpatcher, I used the game executable in the file input, and I clicked "Apply Patch". It says "Patch applied successfully!" but only some of the menu options have been translated. Everything else is in Japanese. Any idea on what the issue is?

I've downloaded the game from Kimochi.info

The raw JPN version was also posted on like page 2 or something if you really want to patch it yourself. No need to download from kimichi, plus the translators said the patcher will only work on raw untouched JPN version.

This game is not available on kimochi.info though. Are you sure you downloaded the correct one?
But as Magister said, the pre-patched game is downloadable in that thread.

I just tested applying the patch to ryuugames' version and it worked perfectly:
