I am a aspiring new avn developer and released my first game( first update) recently.
I need a daz/blender artist for my game, who knows what he or she is doing and pretty good at it too.
His or her first and foremost duty would be rendering, but if he or she is willing... can help with the other works too.
The story or plot...

The payment method would be unpaid first, but after we would hit a decent number of patrons(negotiable), he or she will get a decent amount of share(negotiable) of income each month.
