Ahh, my friend, these topics are a real quagmire!
If it were up to me, I'd do it everywhere.
Especially in the future, when most humans won't have showers or anything else.
I don't think I'd go overboard with the “poop” stuff, where people smear it all over their bodies and stuff, but I would make the lack of hygiene noticeable or totally intentional in order to humiliate the other person who is in a submissive position.
A bit like when Sybille is forced to lick Marla's little hole, she is reassured and thinks to herself, “at least she's clean”... which means that other times she might not come across very clean people...
Same thing with gore, I love death scenes, they take a long time to do but I like them. However, there are quite a few “sensitive” people, even though the game is for adults, so it's difficult to find the right balance.
Well, on that note, I'm off to Amazon to work like a robot among real robots!

I'm in a rush i'm late i lost 4 days of progress ;o
But, yes, of course, but not with zombies.
Although... there will be some interactions, depending on the “state of the zombie,” most of the time they should just try to eat you.
There will be mutant races and, of course, groups of human survivors.
The latter set up camps, and at that point, let's just say that anything goes to get yourself noticed, lol...
