Seeking Reverse harem Koikatsu like game?

I thought about for a while after finding out about trap/futa in koikatsu, is there any game or mod for koikatsu that makes the heroines male and make yourself female? Im also not talking about switching appearance but the player being the on the one getting dicked. This may be too much to ask for a mod and i dont know of any games that does it that isnt a 2D otome game

Artificial Academy and AA2 are the precursors to Koikatsu but allow you to customize your class however you want gender-wise. You can play as 1 girl with 24 guys in the class, 1 guy with 24 girls, 25 girls, 25 guys, 13 and 12, etc. It's all up to you. Don't know why they removed guys from all of their following games.
