Seeking help in identifying a game. The premise is the following: female protagonist (probably futa) in a fantasy world is in the middle of exploring a dungeon with her witch companion. When reaching the end they find an orb that teleports them. Our protag . finds herself alone and later is discovered by people but when she explains her situation she is deemed to suffer from a condition where people think they are from another world (basically crazy) and is sent to an asylum where others like her are in the same state.
