The game you shared isn't complete I think?? There are only 4 available enemies and 3 available levels while there are supposed to be 6 enemies in the game

Found it uploaded on Ryuugames. Looks to even have an English setting within the game (hit the cog wheel on the main menu and select English from the dropdown). Unsure if it's MTL or not but if it is, it is inoffensive. Virus scan didn't pick up anything but obviously do your due diligence.
