RGSS3 games won't start

Hi, I'm on Windows 10 and every time I try to start an rgss3 game it opens a window with a black screen for a few seconds and then closes. This happens with every rgss3 game I have.
I tried reinstalling the RTP , everything in this thread https://f95zone.to/threads/i-cant-s...th-rpg-maker-ace-that-use-rgss3-player.28696/ , changing the DEP, nothing with my antivirus, uninstalled everything to do with RPGM with an uninstaller and redownloaded it.
I used the event viewer and got 2 events that correlate with the crashes.

Reinstalling windows isn't an option for me and I'm running out of things to try so any help would be appreciated, thanks.
