VN - Ren'Py - Rika's Lustful Duty [v0.08] [Netoraku]

Really enjoyed the game quite a lot until the most recent updates. The entire game going up to where they have the session where she lets the best friend touch her boobs is pure class in NTS writing. It's some of the best I've ever played and I love the interactions of all three of them. The tender awkwardness between everyone there is so real and makes the people feel believable. Plus, the wife is a cutie who is doing her best to make her husband happy even if she feels embarrassed while doing it.

What I don't like is the last few updates have had me wanting more in terms of that wholesome NTS feeling I got from the beginning of the game. Everything past the boob scene has felt more and more NTRS as it goes along. Keeping him in their bedroom while they do things in the living room and then not telling him about what happened in the session is borderline NTR (to me).

I was really hoping the latest update would right the ship but its going further into him being further aloof from the process. It's just disheartening to see such a good start devolve basically into NTRS.

Classic concept but the execution of the plot is very good, at least until the latest update. Hopefully the plot will develop slowly, logically, about the gradual downfall and corruption of the heroine character. Really need something like this to escape the boredom of instant noodle NTR/NTRS themed works.

It seems to me an NTS story with a lot of potential and at the moment I think it is very worthwhile to support and follow its development.
Something that I highlight is the inclusion of animations, I hope it will be like a very good VN of atelier Sakura but with animations.

Has a younger guy feel like Indescent Wife Hanna which is the NTR i like and there needs to be more of! Good Start!!!! Witht hat pirticuler branch of the NTR world devlopers could rake in tons of cash! How it is not being done more is beyond me!

Really promising NTS game, has all the key features i want from a game like this.

-LOVE the art, Rika's style is gyaru-ish, my favourite one, a little skimpy outfits, fashionable...
-Straight to the point! The game is progressing quickly thanks to the couple's trust in each other.
-Rikas behaviour is on the aloof side, easy to "mold2 to one's preferences (nice for NTS, hope she take the slut-ish tease path)

I've rarely seen such short initial releases (like, five to ten minutes short), and they usually don't bode well in terms of the game eventually being completed. But despite being short, it's already laid the groundwork for what looks like a promising story.

The premise isn't original by any means, but the characters feels more fleshed out than the usual cash grabs we see on this site, and there's a clear feeling for which direction the plot is gonna go, at least for the first future releases. The "friend in need of romantic coaching" and the asshole boss are overused tropes, but in my experience can lead to hot situations nonetheless. I liked that a lot.

As for the art, which is something that can make or break a game's success, I have to say it's pretty good. Nothing out of the ordinary, but the wife is hot and the only sex scene (so far) was animated too. Huge bonus there. Sadly, it was a bit too short for my taste.

There were a few odd words here and there, so I guess English isn't the dev's native language. But it wasn't enough to detract from the experience.

Finally, the fact that for the initial release we have music and sound effects already (including moans) shows a lot of promise for future releases. There are no choices yet, and I'm personally not a fan of kinetic novels. However, since this was basically only a prologue we might get choices at a later date. so I won't take this into account for my review.
