Yeah I've no idea how this would even work as a full on porn game, there's no downtime in the primary gameplay loop for sex scenes if they're trying to remain true to the source. At best it'll be a really cut down risk of rain 2 clone with some nudity or bare so little resemblance that they're just using the title for clout.

It seems to me that you are confusing something. Only 2 models of all are fan art (Tifa and Saber), all the rest are his original creations and commercial use is allowed. They are even labeled as "Game Ready 3D Model".
