Identify Road game that I cannot find

I remember I have played this game a couple of years ago. I will try to list the details I can remember:

• At the start MC (male) is is on a road with his car
• Hitchhikers stops MC (at least two young women)
• They stops for a carnivale/concert that I can not remember exactly.

I would appriciate any help for finding it.
