I usually play the online version. For some reason it seemed slower earlier today. It seems to run fine now.

Edit: Actually, it still goes in and out. Might be a computer issue, but I'll keep an eye out.

my player's corruption is at 36 but i'm still getting messages saying I can't see a particular scene unless my corruption is 30+. anyone else having this problem?

By normal means? No, but the game has a back button, so whenever you enter an incest scene, you can press it to go back to the previous screen.
