Not a mistake, no.
The game plays in both the real world as well as the virtual one. The images or rather animations you're referring to depict scenes of the latter. Mechanics wise the actions you take while being transformed inside the virtual world (the characters are using a sort of full immersion VR tech to play inside a self-hosted medieval role-playing game) do carry consequences for the real one driving both relationships as well as your actual transformation inside the latter. As far as I'm aware, the current version (0.2.0) contains two real life sex scenes, though I haven't checked if reaching them is dependent on certain actions inside the virtual world or if said actions only influence the dialogue and/or length of the scenes.
There are some minor spelling mistakes and those of us, well, eager to please, may prefer an option to surrender to an enemy instead of sitting through the fight, half-assing all actions, but other than that it's a solid release. I really like what I've seen so far, especially the scene with Elen (Ten ouf of ten; Would reroll and loose to the female centaur again.

While it is as of now unclear which if any content will be shared between the four paths, one of them requires you to avoid or win all fights and also not to give in to your lust (figuring things out oneself – the virgin run). Of the other three one will be the default path (the one with Elen, of course) and the other two can or will be reached by choices made on social interactions (requiring high lust). For these routes winning or losing a fight is probably up to player preference or the desired speed of the transformations (both physical and mental). Take the fight with the Centauress for instance:

Right, I am back from abroad and I cleaned up the thread a bit, removed some of the links I have no intention of updating and placeholder gifs that have been put here as an advertisement for my game for some reason. As for your questions here's a short Q&A:
Q1. I can't access male baths.
A1. Yes you can, you were playing a broken leaked build this has been fixed ages ago.
Q2. Is this all there is?
A2. Likely not, the game is specifically designed in a way it's actually impossible to see all the content in fewer than 4 playthroughs, plus optional scenes.
Q3. Where the real porn at
A3. There isn't much of it yet, I'm trying to keep the narrative within some degree of reason and I don't think breaking out into a massive orgy right on night one would serve the game very well.
Q4. I don't like that you did X, you should have done Y / I don't like the way you act etc.

Q5. Is the game still in development?
A5. Yes, the scope and deadline of the next build + other news are as usual on my Patreon.

A7. While it does make sense from gameplay perspective if you just want to fap, it makes no sense from narrative perspective, and contrary to popular opinion I am not making a porn game with some narration, I am making a narrative game with some porn.

I downloaded both the 0.2.0 and the hotfix 1 versions from tfgamessite and I can't enter the male baths. Do you have to have a penis to enter the male baths or is it something else that i have to do? I've lost every fight so far, did the events for the blacksmith, woman in the townhall and the dwarf guy and I've gone to the guy in the alley twice but the option doesn't pop up.
I'm playing online version and can't access bathrooms. Real life segment also ends with " Error: the passage "JayRun3prep" does not exist "

Ah, seems like the tool I used to remap the game must have messed it up. I'm uploading a fix, try again in 5 minutes.
1. You have to be male (roll the dice when presented with the choice)
2. You have to lose the first fight with the bandit as well, I have tested that it works. Alternatively, you can have sex in the bathhouse a few times and it should do the trick too.
Could add a gallery in there for skimmers or to revisit one's favorite scenes without needing to take up a save slot.
As for surrender and narrative, could just treat it as if the player lost fair and square; a time-saver function. Though I don't think one is needed if you have a gallery laying around.
Those are my suggestions. Keep on developin'.
Not to mention there's probably a good chunk of players aiming to lose on purpose. Narrative or not, it's going to happen, and when you "hide" the content some people are looking for behind tedious battle that doesn't actually mean anything to the people looking to lose, it just seems baffling why there's not an option for it at all. There's no story content to be found inside the battle itself, and the experience is pretty much the same in either case, with the player looking to win and the players mindlessly clicking to get done with it as fast as possible.
The battle system is neat, don't get me wrong, it's a really cool thing that I've not seen done in a Twine game, and the animations are nice and clean, but there's no narrative experience in there that'll be ruined by giving players an option to surrender. Especially considering the Dev made alternate scenes in the case that its lost as well, so that's covered. As far as the game is concerned, there's no narrative difference between a player that tried and lost, and a dude mindlessly spamming the basic attack to lose. So there's really no reason not to have one.

Admittedly, this is my first game so a lot of design mistakes were probably made. I suppose I just aimed to make a game I'd enjoy as opposed to a game other people would want to play. I'll look into options to make it easier to lose fights in the future.
Yeah no worries, didn't mean to come off as rude or anything. I guess in my head I was comparing it to something like Magical Camp, which has an item specifically to wipe the party so you can see what happens when you lose. In a game like that with a lot of places to experiment with win/lose scenarios with some having lasting effects on gameplay, forcing the player to go through the motions with the battle system just didn't make much sense. Especially when the game is starting to run into 10hrs a playthrough (assuming you know what you're doing). I'm not sure how much of the lose scenarios and stuff will play out with your game in terms of long-term effects, though I'm assuming they'll play a part, and I don't know how long you envision the final game to run, but it's just something to keep in mind as the game gets larger. Right now it's not too bad, considering there's only a handful of fights to be had, but yeah.
Keep on truckin, for what it's worth, I really, really liked what I've seen so far. I can tell there's been quite a bit of work under the hood to get everything together for a really good platform to build off of, and that you've definitely got more experience with the programming side of things than most other Twine devs. So yeah, best of luck! I'll be keeping a close eye on the game!

Oh what a terrible, terrible, awfully unfinished turd.
The UI is so unmanageable that I stared for literally 5min during the 1st battle. And same for clothing on/off. And then all over the place - placeholders that this or that is not unfinished. And tons of started stuff, tons of potential, yet not a single sex scene. For over one hour!
