Hi, I'm feeling the urge to virtually date someone whose cycle I can keep track of for relationship boosts. Ideally there should also be a possibility of making the person the male MC dates pregnant, he'll be cheated on if he doesn't give her enough attention; with the cheating just as able to make her pregnant as he is and he should face consequences if he cheats on her.

I was looking for dating sims with period trackers, but the only thing that came up was otome games. I have nothing against those and love the knowledge that they exist, but I want to play as a man who can keep track of his girlfriend's period for relationship points.

I've poked around with those a little bit and it really isn't for me. They're too predictable and just tend to say whatever you tell them to. I want to be surprised and not just get reworded messages based on what I've already said in the conversation. Also I do find ai text generators to be kind of inherently gross, so there's that.
