You play rookie on a pirate ship, the captain gives you some kind of task and you go to do it, meeting a pirate girl with whom you develop friendly relations (there was a handjob scene) and also another sailor with whom you have a bad relationship, somehow he convince you to sail on a boat to the island and wait for him there, it turns out he deceived you and the ship sails away without you. We are shown a map of the island in the middle of which there is a house, we go there, it turns out that this is the house of a witch / magician and she gives us a quest to collect ingredients in the forest. The forest is divided into nodes in which our hero fights monsters. In the forest we meet a dark elf (drow) and somehow find ourselves in her hideout. The last quest was to help the drow defeat the beastkin leader but in the end we lose and get captured and have to escape. Also, the pirate girl somehow also ended up on the island.
