I didn't know Illusion had another game after Koikatsu Sunshine. Unfortunately, unlike that and its predecessor along with Honey Select 2 and Ai Shoujo, this game is weak compared to the last four games made.
Character creation is the same as Honey Select 2 and Ai Shoujo that you can literally import your creations into it in case you wanted to play with that waifu you made. Unfortunately from what I seen, I am not a fan of the graphics in this game and especially on how they look on characters. Sure it looks nice like there's some difference but the textures legit looked off on when I tried to make my male character both from the sliders based on his Honey Select 2 card and from literally importing the card.
As for gameplay proper, it's like someone at Illusion took one look at the social aspects of the Sims and made it boring. From what I played in two hours, I wanted to try and have a character from the office and a character from the music venue interact at the park but that wasn't possible. Instead the guy I made was busy eating some weird dish of eggs on a pancake of bacon while the lady I made was busy just reading her phone. Maybe interaction with characters from different places is possible but the way it felt from what I played was like a slog.
And I didn't see much new sex positions in this. It's just the same stuff ported over from Honey Select 2. A shame too since Ai Shoujo and Koikatsu had some exploration, and previous Illusion games like Artificial Girl 2 had exploration and Artificial Academy 2 had characters interact beyond just one area they were in.
One positive I can give for this is that characters within the same business can interact and build some relationship but I can't really go further into this game since it just feels like a disappointment of wasted potential.
