LonaRPG has a hardcore mode, a def high risk factor game/gameplay. have to manage stamina/food else youll fall down and have to crawl away from enemies who will try to capture/rape you.

id say theres a large variety of content in the games in terms of random events and stuff you can come across. it is more on the extreme sides of porn though, so forewarning.
