For some reason since version 1.40 using unlock all trickers event where i need to choose how to calm prisoners down, after choosing my game freezes.
I have tried with old saves and totaly new fresh game.

Updated to 4.5, this is also the last version I'll be making for this format, I'll be moving to another one in the next week since I'm running out of space with this one.
What do you mean "for this format"? Do you mean how it shows all the scenes in a list?

As said in the mod, using the unlock all breaks all sorts of shit, it's not meant for general use.
