as far as I can tell, rule 2 on this page is the rule for updating existing content (which is what you are doing), and this list for approved file hosts.
All I did was check out the pinned topics in the Site Rules, News & Announcements forum for what would be appropriate, if you want to know any other rules. So far I haven't seen anything else on how to update the links, so I assume a moderator would come along and update the OP.
EDIT: can also do what DocRipper says in the post below this one, though I would suggest one of the approved file hosts to host the file.

Just upload it somewhere and post the link here (and ideally you can report it) or you can just use the report in the OP, select "game update" and insert the link... if you want to be anonymous.

luna is on the lower lever on the other side the tracks when going to the underground tube. And she has separate quests so pull up your quest list. She also has quests to complete in other locations.
cardboard is in the mall "library".

Also some of the thing I noticed
There's a bug at the pool map, where after you strip and take the float ring, and the put it back and wear your clothes back, it acts like you still naked for some reason

If you're stuck with quests, send us which ones you're missing. So I can help you otherwise i don't really understand what bug you encountered
Found some issue. I'm stuck in god mode. With the new update, it seems a new level has shown up. And the game saved that I had godmode enabled. So now I'm stuck in godmode until I unlock it.
