For male-MC roguelike, I think this comes close.
For a JRPG with actually decent gameplay I recommend SKA, and for one that gives you a lot of control of the sex, there's Karryn's Prison.

Karryn's Prison is very cool! Spent 40+ hours there. Pretty hard too to finish, which is great for rpg. I didn't like SKA though - characters seemed too bland and silly to me - and almost no hentai arts (just IMHO).
For me I will recommend https://f95zone.to/threads/magical-girl-celesphonia-v1-06-shimobashira-workshop-kagura-games.116302/ - a lot of RPG systems and meters to play with, non linear events and sex scenes. In-battle animated sprites are nice too. Maybe too easy battles sometime - but hey, it's a hentai game first. You can play as different kind of persons too, If you will get pregnant you can lose a lot of food, and if you make an abortion you can have a pretty nasty blood loss as after effect, e.t.c.

I also like OneOne1 games, especially https://f95zone.to/threads/meritocracy-of-the-oni-blade-append-complete-edition-oneone1.18664/ althought no skill trees there as I remember.

It seems to be an acquired taste, most of the reviews are either 2 or 5 stars. It's focused on slow corruption, so if the MC gradually turning into a bitchy cheating gyaru isn't something that gets you going, there are many games more focused on H.

No, I lite this entire concept of slow corruption of MC a lot! It makes everything a lot more believable, not like in something like Key of Egg where MC just got a very drunk fuck one night and goes to work in a brothel next morning. Karryn's Prison and Celesphonia are very good at that in my opinion. I just felt not rewarded enough with H content after that. Maybe they will improve in the future.
