I played a turn-based combat RPG I'd say around 4 or 5 months ago, maybe even a little farther back than that. Had it on my watch list and now I don't see it (along with other games) so I'm assuming it's been removed and I didn't save the name anywhere. Anyway, like I said it was a turn-based combat RPG made in RPG Maker or maybe Wolf RPG? You played as a female... exorcist maybe? The game started off in some sewers, with rats, snakes/eels and slugs, then progressed to a forest with weird monkey dogs and some other enemies.
I think the third level took place at a haunted train station with many of the enemies being ghosts and the boss being a ghost train with more of the same enemies. Eventually bringing you to aliens later on in the game. I don't remember much, but I feel like combat had normal attacks back and forth and enemies could grapple then molest you to lower your magic power and/or health like every other game. The main character also had a younger sister who would periodically talk to her over a radio. After completing a level, your mother(sister?) would make you a meal that increased your stats permanently and the dishes went up in cooking quality as you progressed through the game. I think game over's would just result in a CG with a boss and would just return you to your house to pick a new level.
It was a pretty solid game but I skipped the majority of the dialog so aside from what I visually remember seeing with my already bad memory, I don't have a lot to go off of. Any guesses on the name, however how far off would help a lot. Thanks!
