Identify RPG Maker game with a tribal girl

I'm looking for an RPG maker game. I'm pretty sure it had a similar premise to Sex Quest and might have actually had 'Quest' in its name. The overarching goal was to have sex with many girls and one of the early girls was a tribal girl you saved from being sacrificed.

It does have a tribal girl (and later girls) and it's superb so if you haven't played it I highly recommend it.

I'll definitely give Peasant Quest a try, but I'm 90% sure the game I'm talking about had a more cartoon-like art style.
