Unfortunately this is a bug with mkxp-z, which I don't manage. This is on the issues page for their github, I just don't know when they will fix it.

It has something to do with having Japanese characters in the image file names, I think macos treats them differently from windows.

Here are the commands, I assume you have the game extracted to the Downloads folder, but if it's not in there, just change the path in the command or just move it to the Downloads folder:

cd ~/"Downloads/MAMAsans v1.00/MAMAsans v1.00/"

chmod -R 777 *

Then try reopening the game with the launcher.

how to use the command,just open terminal and copy paste it in?

v2.5 has been released!

Changelog:
Fixed possible permissions issue for MV and MZ games
Added better checks for RPG maker version (needed for mkxpz)
Cheat menu toggle now removes the cheat menu if untoggled
Fixed uninstall menu to only show installed nwjs versions

i am new in mac and i installed Shadows of desire game 0.3 RPGM and installed the lastest version of nwjs then i slect the game folder and this happens

If you are using the mac version of the game, you don't need the launcher.

If you are using the windows version, try renaming it to game_en.exe and then enable extract game_en.exe. Then try to run again

Are you trying to fullscreen it?

Also the game is abandoned so the code may just be broken.

No it opens in small screen doesnt change anything when i fullscreen it, I got it to work once using a windows emulator but it was so laggy.
