Also I can't fix the datamanger error it's a problem with the game's plugins.If you have the cheat menu enabled you can try disabling it.
When I try starting the app it tries to open up and bounces at the bottom of the screen but then just stops. I moved it into my applications folder but it still doesnt open, my mac version is 11.7.10 if that helps, thanks in advance y'all!
Macos is likely blocking the app because I don't pay them money to get verified.
Try this:

If that still doesn't work, you can also grant an exception for a blocked app by clicking the Open Anyway button in the General pane of Security & Privacy preferences.

first, in picture 1, I simply put the game file into rpg launcher and then the error occurred
next in picture 2, I put the game file into the application folder of macbook, then the script error 130 appeared
I downloaded the game and it ran just fine on my mac, so it's probably some missing files on your end. This sometimes happens to 7z archive files in macos due to the security implementation.
Here's what you can try:
1. Try re-downloading the game but using the pixeldrain link:

2. After opening it, move the files to the documents folder instead of the application folder
If it still doesn't work, I'll be releasing an update for the launcher soon with some bugfixes that might help.

I have no idea why it isn't working...
Everything seems fine when I run the game on my end, I just don't know whats going wrong. Apple's got a bunch of stupid security restrictions that I need to work around every time and different versions of macos sometimes cause issues too.

Tried that but still desn't open, is there a terminal code or something that can force the app to open? I did move it into applications and it tries to open before automatically closing down.
you can try:
xattr -cr RPG-Maker-Launcher.appopen RPG-Maker-Launcher.appIf open says killed-7 or something simmilar, try deleting the app, redownloading, and then run xattr -cr on the app again
