RPG maker Tall sprites

Hi guys, I was playing MY NEW LIFE, and I was wondering what is the generator for the tall sprites??
I am interested to know, because I find these kind of sprites is far better than the original one.

I don't use RPGM MV so I'm not sure if this is the result of a generator or just manual editing. I know the newer versions have better features when it comes to character sprites, so it may have been done with the default editing tools?
