There are many of those. I really liked Wings of Roldea it has a lot of clothes to buy, you can also change your skin and hair colour.
I also remember Erotic trap Dungeon and Eotic Trap Dungeon 2 but, again, there is a ton of games that allows you to change your outfit. I'm surprised there isn't a tag for that...
