RPG VX Ace keep error on my windows

Hello, can somebody help me with this, when i tried to run RPG VX Ace on windows 10 it keep getting error like this


but when i tried to run on my laptop windows 7, it work perfecty fine

Is you laptop set to Japanese locale, that message usually means a games need it. Try either switching it over, or using
