Identify RPG with management and slaves

I can't remember the name of this game. It was:
-fantasy setting
-mostly text based
-you had to manage a farm/manor
-you had slaves, and you could customize their avatars with any local image files
-you could travel with said slaves, exploring zones and defeating monster in turn-based combat much like an rpg
