Seeking RPG with virgin run and slut run

I'm giving up on looking for wholesome games with male leads for now, only ones I remember gran ende 2 and pronant symphony or harem ones like monster girl quest 1000 and evenicle.
I'm looking for games with a female lead, with decent quality virgin run so I can do that first, and after that be the biggest whore imaginable in the 2nd playthrough, preferably with 2dcg.

Ambrosia and Magical Girl Celesphonia are good games though I'm not sure if the virgin runs had anything special besides an ending change.

Pray Game I don't believe virgin changes much of the ending but staying virgin I believe up until the end gives you an item to craft some of the best gear to use in post game dlc. As far as I know it's optimal to do lewd events up until 2nd heart where going to the 3rd triggers virginity loss but you could play as pure as you want.

Both have new game + where you can keep stats and items so it's more challenging to do the pure run first and on new game + you can be op and just trigger lewd events whenever you want.
