Looking for a game that I played before but deleted and forgot about and wanted to try it again. I'll try to remember as much as I can:
Format: RPGM
Sex Scenes: Still images (some art 'appropriated' from internet) with text description accompaniment
I remember it had futa scenes in it, indeed one of them is banging and getting banged by one in an inn, the accompanying picture is her getting you up a wardrobe.
Protagonist: Male MC with red hooded cloak
Language: Can't remember if it was translated or not
Story: You are an all powerful being/demi-g-d/g-d himself, who was sealed away (?) and then you escape your sealing, beating up somone who sealed you before to get out of the dungeon, the first character you meet is a female huntress by a tent. As your fame grows people grow to worship you and you eventually get your own mansion and temple worshippers (I may be wrong but your temple priestesses may have been futa's?). The game features a lot of different fetishes and was quite a huge game in terms of size.
