The MC's parent are away and she gains magical powers and reports to the church in town to get quests to defeat bad guys.
I remember the MC wears a mask with a cape and uses a lance for a weapon?
I remember the first mission of the game being going around town and stopping robbers on people's property but didn't play much beyond that.
