Identify Rpgm game where men ruled over women?

Here is what I remember from it
The game started out like you woke up from a dream and your on the beach and then you walk forward and a guy asks wheres you "score" basically its a collar, I once played it but it got deleted, I think it has a neko girl in it and and game end scenes when you lose the fight.

I think you meet the neko and another girl when you go to jail, also in the battle the opponent uses like cards. I been trying to find out what this gave is for like a few months

nobody know the game yet? Idk i remember the game starting as a dream and you see a girl you wake up with no memory on the beach you go up and a guy walks up to you asking where your score is you knock him out then go to a sorta forrest area with these huts and other guys attack then after you knock them out you go to a brifge with guards and they arrest you and you up in jail thats when you meet the neko girl or furry girl.
